To fully benefit from this migration, it's important for you to read and understand these key points:

1) APL will continue to pay commissions to eligible APL members (as it always has).

2) Since APL is no longer accepting new subscribers, the "one direct sale" requirement will apply to Lykd instead.  For example, let's say you've accumulated $100 in APL commissions, but you haven't been paid since you don't have at least one direct APL referral.  As soon as you get one referral in Lykd who purchases $48 in credits, not only will you earn the 50% comission from Lykd ($24) but you will also be eligible to be paid your accumulated APL commissions of $100.  (See # 3 below.)

3) To be paid accumulated APL commissions, you must still meet the other APL requirements as before, namely your tax form must be on file, and you must have been subscribed to APL for at least 45 days prior to payday (usually on the 15th of each month, after compression).

4) If you were subscribed to APL as of June 2011, your Lykd account will be credited with $150 in credits (three APL months as a courtesy).  For each month thereafter that you remain subscribed to APL, you will be issued $50 in Lykd credits. (See # 5 below.)

5) a) To be issued Lykd credits, you must first create your free Lykd account using the link in your APL back office.  Log into your APL account, click on the 'Account' tab, and use the green Lykd link under 'Business Tools'.  Once you have created your free Lykd account by logging in with Facebook, be sure to enter your Lykd referral ID in your APL back office.  That way, your APL referrals will be given YOUR Lykd referral link (so you can earn 50% commissions on their credit purchases).

5) b) To be issued Lykd credits after you've created your Lykd account, you must also post both your APL back office username AND your Facebook profile name in this thread (the same Facebook account that you used to create your Lykd account).  If you do not post your APL username and the Facebook profile name you used to create your Lykd account, we won't be able to issue any credits to you.

6) Once you've created your Lykd account, you're eligible for membership in our private Facebook support group.  There you will meet many Lykd members who are succeeding, and a tight-knit community of folks who are always eager to help each other succeed.  You'll also find me there, listening to your feedback and suggestions, and doing whatever I can to make Lykd even better for everyone.  (Though it's pretty awesome right now. :-)

7) Although Lykd does not use a 5-level comission structure like APL, its affiliate program pays 50% commissions on credits purchased by your referrals (ranging from $15 to $54 per purchase).  The Reseller program pays commissions of $498.50 for referring Resellers.

I hope this answers any questions concerning the migration.  If you have questions that I haven't addressed above, please post in this thread.  Either myself or other Lykd members will be happy to assist.  I really encourage you to take advantage of this migration (especially #4 above) so you can see what Lykd is all about.  You're going to like what you see.
